Big Sur International Marathon
About this Event
LIMITED BIBS STILL AVAILABLE FOR FULL MARATHON!
The Big Sur International Marathon is a point-to-point course along the scenic California Highway 1, the nation’s first nationally designated Scenic Highway. Enjoy the views of towering redwoods, crashing waves, and coastal mountains during this bucket list course. The centerpiece of the course is the iconic Bixby Bridge, located at the halfway point of the race, where you’ll enjoy the unique site and sound of a tuxedo-wearing concert pianist playing a Yamaha AvantGuard N3 piano. Or, enjoy the Big Sur 11-Miler, which begins at the rustic Grimes Ranch on CA Highway 1. This distance features stunning coastal views and welcomes both runners and walkers.
