Jennifer Swanton

During a sports physical Jennifer was diagnosed with leukemia at the age of 15. Instantly her life changed. Jennifer went from being an active freshman in high school to living in a hospital room, constantly nauseated, losing her hair, suffering through multiple spinal taps, chemotherapy, taking 60 pills a day and enduring a bone marrow transplant. But Jennifer survived.

Jennifer believes it is her purpose to make a difference in the lives of others. By partnering with Team In Training she has raised $45K for LLS and completed a marathon, triathlon and century ride – a TNT triple crown! Jennifer has only just begun fulfilling her mission and wants to inspire others to not only survive, but live their lives to the fullest.

How it works

1. Register

Join as an individual or form a team with your friends, family and coworkers. Select your event weekend amenities & fundraising target to start your journey in purple.

2. Raise Funds

Set out to raise funds for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Meet with one of our fundraising specialists to create your plan, get access to resources and start using your personal fundraising page.

3. Cross The Finish Line

While you fundraise, you will train for an upcoming run, walk, cycling, triathlon, hike or climb event. You will be part of a larger team who will meet you at your event and be there when you cross the finish line.
